Force Majeure
My Best Bed and Furniture will not be held liable for any failure or delay in fulfilling its
obligations under this agreement due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such
circumstances must materially affect the performance of obligations and be unforeseeable or
unavoidable. General economic conditions or market effects alone will not constitute grounds for
excusing performance.

Limitation of Liability 

We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to property
damage, lost income, profits, economic or commercial losses, or third-party claims. Our total
liability arising from an order will not exceed the value of the goods. However, this limitation
does not apply to damages resulting from death or personal injury caused by our negligence or
that of our employees or agents, or in cases of fraud. If any part of these limitations is found to
be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid.

Privacy Statement
We are committed to protecting your personal privacy. You can browse our website without
disclosing personal data; however, if you choose to provide your details, you accept the terms
outlined in this policy. If you no longer wish us to use your details, please contact us to update or
remove your information.
To place an order, you will need to register on our website, providing:
● Your title, name, and address (with an option for different delivery addresses)
● Contact phone number and email address
Registration is optional until you decide to order, but it speeds up the process.

Delivery of Orders
Delivery charges vary depending on the product and service selected and are non-refundable.
Charges will be clearly shown at checkout. While we aim to deliver within the estimated
timescales, delays can occur due to unforeseen factors. We are not liable for any delivery
delays. You may cancel delayed orders at any time before dispatch for a full refund. If an item has been
dispatched, return charges will apply, and these will be deducted from your refund. We advise
checking items for damage before arranging replacements or disposing of existing furniture.

Delivery Discrepancies
Any delivery discrepancies must be reported within 24 hours. If the packaging appears
damaged, we recommend noting this on the delivery receipt before signing.

Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day returns policy. Items must be returned unused, in saleable condition, and in
their original packaging. Returns incur delivery charges: £100 per dining set/bed frame or £35
per box of chairs.
For hygiene reasons, mattresses and protectors with removed seals cannot be refunded unless
faulty or not as described. Refunds are processed within 14 days of item collection and credited
to your original payment method 

Payment
Payment is taken at the time of order placement after verifying your card details. We may
conduct fraud checks, including verifying address details with a third party. Occasionally,
additional information may be requested, causing slight delays. Goods are subject to availability.
If unavailable, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund within 14 days if payment has
already been made
